Can't speak highly enough of Bandits and their staff! We rented a boat one day and an ATV the next. All of the equipment was well maintained and in great shape. But to me, the true difference makers were Cheyenne and Eli, two of their staff. Both went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch! Take away everything else, and Cheyenne and Eli were so great we will use Bandits every time we are in town! Thanks Cheyenne and Eli! And thanks Bandits!

Our party of nine people arrived approximately 30 minutes before our assigned time to complete waivers ect.. Was a slow process several interruptions during process— slowed us down getting to the boat. Arrived at boat learned no ladder, trim not working, and tube we requested not with boat. Waited awhile when tube did arrive it was over 40 minutes past our start time . Requested our time to start then and extend returned was told absolutely not. Returned exactly on time. No one present to get keys ect. Called was held up 30 minutes waiting. Was given managers name to contact — She did list
