RentalTide is operated by RentalTide Inc..

RentalTide is an information and referral service. We list experiences offered by third-party operators and booking platforms (FareHarbor, Viator and operators that use RentalTide). We do not sell, operate or take payment for any experience.

When you book, you book with the operator or platform, under their terms. Prices, availability, cancellations and refunds are between you and them. Availability and "from" prices shown here can change; the booking page confirms the final details.

RentalTide earns a commission when you book through our links, at no extra cost to you. It never decides what we list or in what order. See our affiliate disclosure.

The concierge and the natural-language search are generated by AI. They can be wrong or incomplete. Always check the details (times, prices, age, licence and capacity rules, cancellation terms) on the booking page before you book.

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• use automated access (scraping, bots) in a way that impairs the service or ignores our robots.txt.

The text we write, the design of the site and our rankings belong to RentalTide Inc.. Listing content (titles, descriptions, photos) belongs to the operators and platforms that supplied it. Ratings are shown with their source and belong to that source.

Listing information comes from operators and booking platforms. We show it as we receive it and cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current. The site is provided "as is".

To the extent permitted by law, RentalTide Inc. is not liable for losses arising from an experience you book with a third party, or from your reliance on third-party information shown on the site, and our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer rights you have.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RentalTide Inc. is established.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

If you are a consumer in Quebec, you keep all of your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. In particular, no arbitration clause or class action waiver applies to you, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of domicile.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply from then on.
