• Staff was helpful getting us set up with our boat. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because there was multiple rentals at the same time so we didnt actually leave the dock until almost 20 minutes after our rental time. There was also no lights at all on the boat for a 5-9pm rental. We got turned around on the lake because we couldn't see and drove back in pitch black to find the docks. Other than that the boat ran great and had a full tank of gas. We enjoyed the lake and stopped at the sandunes beach for a picnic

• Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration for my husband turned into a very stressful and disappointing experience. From the very beginning, we experienced issues with the boat. The boat would not start when we were first getting ready to leave, and your crew had to use a jump start because the battery was dead. Once we noticed the battery issue, we immediately raised our concern and requested that the boat be replaced with another pontoon.
